Referral Policy:

- Referrer must make a purchase and set up Bottomless scale associated with the referrer's account to redeem 1 (one) free coffee bag credit, valued at less than or equal to purchase price, for both referee and referrer.

Purchase Policy:

- Refunds for coffee orders are distributed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@bottomless.com to submit a claim.

- The amount charged for the next order is displayed on the user’s portal.

- Due to the dynamic nature of Bottomless, we do not price match.
